I stayed here for four nights and really loved our decision. 😄.

affable staff and attention to detail. extremely spacious room, a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet in the room. good choice of goodies for breakfast.

appreciated my 1 night stay. the airport was 0.5 km away. my room included an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an individual safe.

The staff here are friendly and courteous, always ready with great suggestions. 😊.

My recent stay at Nine Hotel was really good. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the bed in my room was comfortable. I also appreciated the warm and cute attitude of the hotel staff, especially Mr Dillon, Mr Deepraj, and Mr Pramod at the reception.

The bathroom could use some updating, and there was a strange smell in the air. there was loud music playing until 6am on New Year's Eve, which wasn't properly communicated to guests.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the cleanliness of the hotel and facilities, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff who always had a cute smile and were willing to assist us. Location was also convenient, with easy access to transportation and parking.

I stayed here during the New Year and had a decent experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated the key location of the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Another advantage was the extended check-out time which allowed me to sleep in and relax before heading out.

There were a few things that I didn't like. the bathroom could use some updating and had a weird smell.

Some guests have found the staff to be polite and helpful. the breakfast provided is quite basic and may not meet many guests' expectations. some guests who are vegetarians or vegans may not have many options to choose from.

Some guests have had concerns about the cleanliness of their rooms and the lack of regular housekeeping services.
